Rutheo Designs LLC (“Rutheo Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the website, contact us, or submit a form.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project or service details, and the contents of your message or request. We may also receive technical and usage information generated when you use the website, such as device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and identifiers or information associated with cookies or similar technologies.
Information submitted through the main Contact page form is stored as an entry in Forminator/WordPress and is delivered by email from website@rutheodesigns.com to connect@rutheodesigns.com. Successful submissions are redirected to our thank-you page. A separate advertising landing-page form uses Contact Form 7, Google reCAPTCHA v2, and a Google Sheets connection to process and store submissions. Rutheo Designs’ advertising service provider may access information submitted through that form to administer the advertising campaign, respond to inquiries, and measure campaign performance. reCAPTCHA may process technical information needed to help identify abusive or automated activity.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and provide requested information about our services;
- communicate about a current or potential project;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services;
- understand website use through analytics; and
- send occasional marketing emails only after you have affirmatively opted in through the optional marketing checkbox.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to help us understand website use. It also uses the Meta Pixel to measure and improve advertising and related website activity. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical and usage information generated by your browser.
We use Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage certain analytics and advertising tags. Google Tag Manager does not itself determine how information is used, but tags deployed through it may collect or transmit information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
We use WPConsent to present a cookie notice, store your cookie preferences, and provide a separate Cookie Policy at rutheodesigns.com/cookie-policy/. Use the cookie controls or the Privacy Choices link in the footer to manage non-essential analytics and advertising cookie preferences. Necessary technologies, including security and anti-spam technologies, may remain active where needed to provide and protect the website. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website, process form submissions, provide analytics or advertising measurement, prevent spam or abuse, or support our business operations. Your choices and requests

We may need to verify your request before acting on it and may retain or decline to delete information where permitted or required by law.
To manage non-essential cookies or similar technologies, use the Privacy Choices link in the footer. If applicable law gives you additional privacy rights, we will handle requests in accordance with that law.
Retention
Information submitted through the main Contact page form that does not result in a customer or project relationship is generally retained for up to 24 months and is then deleted or anonymized from the active system. If an inquiry results in a customer or project relationship, relevant information may become part of our business, project, accounting, warranty, consent, or legal records and may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary or required by law. Deleted information may remain temporarily in securely maintained backups until those backups are rotated or deleted.
The 24-month period applies specifically to the main Contact page form and does not state a fixed retention period for the separate advertising landing-page form. Information submitted through that separate form is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, administer the advertising campaign, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may contact us using the information below to request deletion of personal information, subject to information we are permitted or required to retain.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address the request.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date when we do.
